Not sure who was driving my car, either my daughter or granddaughter possibly. Anyway, a warning was sent to my house with my old address saying my car was speeding in the 536 E. Morgan Dr. area. I was a little upset because my address wasn't changed and someone was speeding in my car. I hardly think they were going so fast that a warning was issued. (I'm glad it was just a warning.) I also noticed that most of these speed traps are in African American neighborhoods. What is really going on?
